Terms and conditions DOTSbyGemma
1. In general
The following terms and conditions apply to all purchases made on gemmarakels.nl. By placing an order you declare that you agree with these terms and conditions.
2.1 All prices in the webshop are in euros, the amounts include VAT and exclude shipping costs
2.2 After you place an order you will receive confirmation by email with the total costs. (including shipping costs).
2.3 You can pay via iDEAL, Bancontact, ING Home'pay or PayPal.
2.4 Your order will be shipped after receival of payment. Packages are shipped within 1-3 business days.
2.5 For shipping the order I charge costs according to the rates of PostNL (in the Netherlands), these amounts are based on the weight of the package. Since januari 1th goods must be sent via parcel post and may no longer be sent in an envelope without a barcode. Orders outside the Netherlands will be shipped via Deutsche Post.
3.1 The products on gemmarakels.nl, will be shipped within 1-3 working days after receival of payment.
3.2 For orders outside the Netherlands, but within Europe, the delivery time is approximately one week. Outside Europe, shipping can take up to two weeks.
3.3 All orders in the Netherlands are delivered via PostNL. Orders outside the Netherlands will be shipped via Deutsche Post. You will receive a confirmation by email as soon as your order is shipped.
3.4 Most orders are sent as a package (fits through the mailbox), with track & trace.
3.5 The products are packed in a sturdy envelope. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. Read more about this at return / exchange.
3.6 Customs and Import Duties: Buyers are responsible for possible customs and import duties. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.
4. Return / exchange
4.1 I handle your order with the utmost care. However, something may go wrong during delivery. If a product is damaged on arrival, you can return this product to me within 14 days. You must contact me in advance by email to report the complaint. Together we will solve the problem as soon as possible.
4.2 If a product is not to your liking, you can return it within 14 days. You must contact me in advance by e-mail (email@example.com) to communicate the return. I have a withdrawal form available, but you can also register via email. You are responsible for the shipping cost of the return.
4.3 Exchange is not possible if the products have been used or damaged by the buyer.
4.4 Personalized products cannot be returned.
4.5 After receiving the return I will refund the amount to your bank account within 14 working days.
4.6 DOTSbyGemma does not return shipping costs.
DOTSbyGemma respects the privacy of all users of its site and ensures that the personal information you provide for your order is treated confidentially. DOTSbyGemma uses your data to process orders as quickly and easily as possible. DOTSbyGemma will only pass on your personal data to others if they are involved in the execution / shipping of your order.

7. Protection of personal data
The information entered will be treated confidentially and will only be passed on to others for the purpose of payment transactions and delivery.
DOTSbyGemma cannot be held responsible for any color deviations due to screen quality.
